I'm a senior content designer in Meta's integrity team. This means I work on experiences that protect people using Meta technologies from harm. More about integrity design

Specifically, I am an expert in hacking, phishing and malware, and how to talk about those things when your user may be an adversarial one.

Nationwide Building Society

As a senior content designer, I led on the relaunch of Nationwide's Which-recommended credit card product, as well as debt repayment messaging in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vodafone

Led conversation design and information architecture for Vodafone's customer care chatbot, 'TOBi'. I also worked on the launch of 5G and a number of mass market product campaigns.
